The qualifying procedure is based on verification of the required documents submitted by applicants.
Programmes in foreign languages are conducted only as full-time studies.
Document confirming the knowledge of foreign language:
Candidates for studies in a foreign language who have not scored at least 70 percentage points in their maturity exam at a higher level of the foreign language being the language of instruction at such studies shall be able to submit a document confirming their foreign language competence at a minimum level of B2. The requirement stated in the foregoing sentence does not apply to candidates who:
- hold an IB or EB diploma or another foreign maturity certificate issued by a school where a foreign language was the language of instruction;
- hold a higher education diploma in foreign philology or in applied linguistics of a foreign language;
- hold a document confirming graduation from another university programme which was run in a foreign language.
In the following section a foreign language shall mean the language in which the studies are conducted.
Admission to second-degree studies requires the submission of the following documents:
List of documents confirming the knowledge of English
signed internet application form printed from Internet Registration System;
photocopy of passport or other administrative identification document
certified for conformity with the original by the SGH the institution that issued the document or a consul of the Republic of Poland;
1 current photograph with the size of 35 x 45 mm fulfilling requirements for photograph for biometric passport;
an original of the higher education diploma drafted by a Polish university issuing the said diploma presented for making a photocopy of the said diploma certified by the SGH original of the higher education diploma drafted by a Polish university issuing the said diploma presented for making a photocopy of the said diploma certified by the SGH
OR foreign diploma
or another university graduation document, legalised or endorsed with an apostille (original), authorising its holder to undertake second degree studies in the country of its issue
a. legalised or endorsed with an apostille (original);
b. certified translation of the foreign diploma into Polish
prepared by a certified translator entered in the list of translators by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Poland or certified by a consul of the Republic of Poland in office in the country where the diploma was issued;
c. diploma supplement/transcript of grades with certified translation into Polish
prepared by a certified translator entered in the list of translators by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Poland or certified by a consul of the Republic of Poland in office in the country where the diploma was issued.

We require certified translations into Polish of required documents. We do not accept translations into English, only into Polish. We do not accept translations done by notary. Translation can be done by:
- certified translators entered on the list of Ministry of Justice of Poland;
- certified translator registered in any of EU, EFTA or OECD country;
- a Polish consul in the country where the certificate was issued;
- an embassy or consulate of the country which issued the certificate or in which educational system the school operates located on the territory of Poland
or uncertified translation can be certified by one of the person or institution mentioned above.Also you need to sign Agreement on the terms of payment for educational services, which you get in our office during submission of documents or after arrival to Warsaw.
